illustrator

The illustration process is the stage that ensures publications are visually supported and appropriate illustrations for the work are prepared. On this screen, the publications assigned to the illustrator are listed. The publication’s title, current status, and action buttons (Details) are displayed. From here, the illustrator can access the details of the relevant publication.

The detail screen displays the work's title, reference file, and any previously uploaded artwork files. During this phase, the illustrator prepares artwork that supports the work's content or contributes to the cover design. The "Editorial Process" screen is used to upload the necessary files and add annotations.

In the “Editorial Process” window, the illustrator uploads the illustration file to the system and writes a brief description about its content. The description informs the administrator about the scope or intended use of the illustration. Once the file is approved, the corresponding illustration is saved in the system and moved to the next stages of the publication process.
