The translation process is the stage carried out to render the work into different languages and ensure its international accessibility. On this screen, the publications assigned to the translator are listed, showing the publication’s title, current status, and available actions. The translator selects the relevant publication to access the detail screen.

On the detail screen, the work’s title, application file, and any previously uploaded translation files are displayed. At this stage, the translator translates the text into the target language, preparing content that preserves terminology and semantic integrity while meeting academic and publication standards.

In the “Editorial Process” screen, the translator uploads the completed translation file to the system and adds a brief note in the description field regarding the work done. This note informs the administrator about the scope of the translation, the methods used, or any points requiring special attention. Once the file is approved, it is recorded in the system and moved to the next stages of the publication process.
