The editorial process is the stage that ensures the work is prepared for publication from an academic and technical perspective. On this screen, the publications assigned to the editor are listed. The publication’s title, current status, and available action options can be viewed. From here, the editor can access the details of the relevant publication and initiate the editing process.
On the detail screen of the selected publication, information about the work, the application file, and any previously uploaded editorial files are displayed. The editor can download these files to make content, language, and formatting edits. Afterwards, the process can be advanced using the “Complete Process” option.
The editor uploads the revised file to the system in Word format and enters any changes made or notes to inform the administrator in the additional comments field. This process ensures that the work meets academic and technical standards. Once the file is approved, it is saved in the system and moved to the next stage of the publication process.
